Midway between Fernie’s Historic Downtown and Fernie Alpine Resort, The Cedars is an incorporated neighborhood in the City of Fernie with full city services and all underground utilities. At the same time, The Cedars seems another world, a part of the mountains, not the city. all lots in the cedars have magnificent views of fernie alpine resort, with sunny exposure from sunrise to sunset.
The Cedars sits just up Mt. Fernie Provincial Park Road away from the traffic and hustle of Highway 3. At the foot of the Cedar Valley, our homes have easy access to the Nordic trails and mountain bike trails like Lazy Lizard.
One of the more popular trails, Lazy Lizard starts minutes away from The Cedars and runs up to Island Lake Lodge. It’s a quick pedal to the Lodge for lunch and a beer.
